2 Cups Sprouted Organic Oats
3/4 Cup Chopped Mix of Almonds and Walnuts
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Grade B Organic Maple Syrup
Preheat Oven to 160C/320F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix the oats, nuts, chia seeds, and cocoa powder until all ingredients are evenly distributed in a bowl.
Slowly drizzle in the maple syrup.
Mix wet and dry ingredients well.
Pour out oat mixture onto parchment lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
Bake for exactly 15 minutes.
The granola will seem damp when it comes out of the oven.
Allow to cool for half an hour.
Using your fingers break the granola into chunks and store in an air-tight container.
