Are you looking for an immersive wellness experience? The Half Day Wellness Experience begins by attending an exercise class of your choice including barre, reformer pilates, bootcamp, with Emily. After working out we will enjoy a nourishing breakfast before heading to the supermarket where you will have a market tour that will teach you how to shop efficiently, learn to read misleading nutrition labels, and how to prepare for your cooking lesson. Once home, Emily will conduct a short healthy pantry makeover. Finally, we will prepare three healthy dishes with the food purchased at the market together. This programme focuses on half day of health that covers all of the basics of living well.
