Three Months Intensive Total Transformation

The Three Months Intensive Total Transformation Programme includes but is not limited to:

  • 12 weekly 1 Hour Private Coaching Sessions
  • A personalised health plan
  • Based on individual needs; areas we will explore include: nutrition with an emphasis on the Anti-Inflammatory diet, stress, weight-loss, digestive health and more.
  • We will also explore fitness, relationships, motivation vs. willpower, emotional eating, helpful vs. destructive thought patterns, mental and physical health, self-care systems and practices, and mindfulness
  • You will be given throughout the programme bespoke tools to aid and facilitate relaxation and stress-management.

This programme includes unlimited e-mail and text support between weekly sessions.

The Three Months Intensive Total Transformation will serve to educate, guide, and empower you to take responsibility for yourself as you set out on a transforming journey that will create a sustainable and healthy life.
