1 Sweet Potato
Preheat oven to 450F/230C.
Peel Sweet Potato and cut lengthwise into 1/4” thick slices.
Cook sweet potato slices for ten minutes on each side.
While the toast can be eaten with either savory or sweet toppings, this variation is savory.
Top each sweet potato slice with hummus, tahini, salt, pepper, and fresh chili.
*For a sweet variation, top sweet potato toast with coconut yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon. I love adding sliced banana and dark chocolate shavings too!
