Busy Bee Mail is currently available in the UK, Europe, US and Canada.

Shipping is free with purchases of 50 GBP and above within The UK. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery with Signature.

Shipping is available to the other locations at an extra charge, and it will be fulfilled by FedEx.

Given the nature of our small business, we currently have a no return / no refund policy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
