Six Month Journey

The Six Month Journey: From Surviving to Thriving Programme includes but is not limited to:

  • 12 bi-weekly 1 Hour Private Coaching Sessions

  • A personalised health plan

  • Based on individual needs; areas we will explore include: nutrition with an emphasis on the Anti-Inflammatory diet, stress, weight-loss, digestive health and more.

  • We will also explore fitness, relationships, motivation vs. willpower, emotional eating, helpful vs. destructive thought patterns, mental and physical health, self-care systems and practices, and mindfulness

  • You will be given throughout the programme bespoke tools to aid and facilitate relaxation and stress-management.

This programme includes unlimited e-mail and text support between bi-weekly sessions.

The Six Month Journey: From Surviving to Thriving will serve to educate, guide, and empower you to take responsibility for yourself as make a permanent change to your physical and mental wellbeing and lifestyle.
